Have you listened to your Inner Child lately?  - (Includes Self-Assessment)

The power of positive memories help enhance your meditation and prayers

We all carry within us an “inner child” — a part of our psyche that holds childhood experiences, memories, and emotions. This inner child is not limited to childhood alone; it also connects to past lives and ancestral memories, shaping how we feel, react, and relate to others today.

When our inner child is nurtured, we experience joy, creativity, and love. But when this inner child is wounded, it may carry fear, rejection, or limiting beliefs that hold us back from living fully. Recognizing and healing these aspects is an essential step in awakening to a more conscious and loving life.
