Nadia Fryer is a Brazilian native holistic therapist who has been living in the United States for over a decade. With a solid background in sales management in Brazil, Nadia transitioned her career to follow a long-standing calling: supporting others on their path to healing and inner transformation.
Her personal journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth has inspired her to dedicate her life to holistic practices. Through restorative meditation, Reiki, and energy healing, Nadia found profound healing and clarity — and now shares these powerful tools to help others reconnect with their well-being, purpose, and inner peace.

Raquel Wilson is a native of Brazil who has lived in the United States for over 20 years. After a successful career in Marketing, her lifelong passion for wellness and the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit led her to her true calling — holistic healing.
What began as a fascination with the healing power of food soon expanded into a profound journey through energy medicine, spiritual awakening, and conscious living. Embracing the true meaning of “holistic” — treating the whole being — Raquel dove into practices that nurture not only the physical body but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of life.
This path of discovery opened portals to deeper truths, intuitive gifts, and a soul-aligned mission: to support others in remembering who they are and reclaiming their innate power to heal, grow, and shine.
We are sisters and have so much in common but the main thing is the fact that what we want the most is to inspire you to live a healthy lifestyle, filled with gratitude and love.
